We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control, Quality & Receiving Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting product quality standards, and ensuring the proper receiving and processing of materials and finished goods.

Responsibilities

Inventory Control

  • Create internal requisitions for labels, bulk materials, and components.
  • Receive, verify, store, and process incoming materials from suppliers.
  • Enter quantities of labels, liquids, and components into MFR.
  • Perform physical inventory counts of finished goods and in-house filling materials.
  • Create new products and process in-house filled products in the system.
Quality

  • Inspect supplier product samples and complete Quality Control documentation.
  • Inspect in-house filled products, including filling, labeling, and packing.
  • Inspect labels and bulk materials received for internal production.
  • Review Amazon returns and determine inventory disposition.
  • Evaluate products related to customer complaints.
Receiving

  • Receive and verify finished goods from suppliers.
  • Support documentation accuracy and provide packing list information to Purchasing.
Qualifications

  • Experience in inventory control, quality, and receiving.
  • Experience with MFR, ERP, or similar systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
